- Zendaya: Wore a custom Louis Vuitton zoot suit inspired by Diana Ross’s 1975 film Mahogany, embodying the essence of Black dandyism.
- Rihanna: Revealed her pregnancy in a Marc Jacobs ensemble, combining sharp tailoring with a corset dress.
- Diana Ross: Made a grand return to the Met Gala after two decades, donning an 18-foot train gown embroidered with family names.
- Colman Domingo: Co-chaired the event, showcasing two regal Valentino ensembles that paid homage to André Leon Talley.
- Teyana Taylor: Stunned in a red velvet cape emblazoned with “Harlem Rose,” celebrating her roots.
